Very disappointed in the room & service! We were given, not 1 but 2 dirty rooms! First room had trash behind the desk & TV that we hadn't noticed until a few minutes after checking in when our puppy started choking on some kind of pills that were left on the carpet. She was foaming from the mouth & I was only able to pull 1 pill out of her mouth but unsure how many she swallowed. Turned in to emergency vet visit for toxicity. Before leaving, we were moved to a second room which had BLOOD STAINED sheets! NO THANK YOU! Front desk was no help, the manager has the most rude & disrespectful attitude! I ended our "vacation " having to call the cops out to the property because she refused to give me a refund although we decided not to stay! This place is a total joke!

We love the wooded, spacious property here with the several sitting areas & tables throughout. Especially nice with our pup traveling with us this time. The property is well lit & I felt very safe taking my dog out to do her business in the wee hours of the morning. The free, hot breakfast has a great variety & my favorite are the tamales! The staff (Stephanie) is very courteous, personable & helpful. This was our second visit & we will certainly be back!

Location is a bit away from downtown but it's good. Customer service is good. They have friendly staff. The garden is area looks nice. I like that they have an area for pets and they have a plastic dispenser and trash can there. Rooms needs updating as well as some repairs.
